This course is a short course that enables the learner to gain the necessary skills to embark on a career in the aged care and home care sector. This course is suitable for those who wish to have all the skills for nursing assistance but no need for a formal nationally accredited qualification.

Since this is a non-accredited locally designed course by Advance College, learners will not get a credit transfer for the formal qualification. The recognition of this course certificate will depend upon the individual aged care and home care facilities, who can hire without any accredited courses.
